Respitrack® (“Respitrack,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a division of Mission Resource Solutions, Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Respitrack website and mobile application (the “App”).

With your consent, we may collect precise or approximate location data (for example, for visit verification, EVV compliance, or scheduling).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data to provide, operate, and maintain the App; facilitate scheduling, time tracking, payroll, and billing functions; improve performance and user experience; communicate with users (including notifications, updates, and support); and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including EVV requirements where applicable.

We may share your information with service providers who support hosting, analytics, payroll integrations, and system functionality; with your employer or agency as part of service delivery; and with legal authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
4. Third-Party Services & SDKs
The App may include third-party tools such as analytics, authentication, or integrations. These providers may collect information consistent with their own privacy policies. We ensure third-party components comply with applicable app store and data protection requirements.

Terms & Conditions (Respitrack App)

By accessing or using the Respitrack mobile application (“App”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of the App
Respitrack provides tools for scheduling, time tracking, communication, and administrative functions for home care and respite providers. You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes, provide accurate and complete information, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify your employer or administrator of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.
3. Employer Access
If you use Respitrack through an employer or agency, your activity and data may be visible to that organization, and your use is also subject to your employer’s internal policies.
4. Location & Time Tracking
The App may collect location data for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), timekeeping, and scheduling validation. By using the App, you consent to this collection where required for your role.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and functionality are owned by Respitrack or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, use the App for fraudulent or unlawful activity, or interfere with system performance or security.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Respitrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
