How long does it take RespiTrack to get up and running?
On average, RespiTrack can be up and running in less than 30 days. To ensure maximum satisfaction and ease of transition to the new system, we suggest allowing about 30 days of staff training and beta testing before introducing the product to your clientele.
What are the system requirements?
To operate RespiTrack, you’ll need to have a license to MS Access 2007 or higher. We recommend that you also have an operating system of Office 2007 higher.

Is the data secure?
Web-based software, like RespiTrack, can actually deliver greater security than client-server systems and paper records. With RespiTrack, your records are backed-up in the cloud and stored in a highly secured data center.
What is the benefit of cloud-based software?
RespiTrack software runs on the web instead of the computer, meaning no costly hardware or software installation. With RespiTrack, your data is stored on external servers and can be accessed via the web at any time, from anywhere. Clients, remote workers and office staff are able to securely log in to the system from anywhere they have an Internet connection.
How will RespiTrack reduce my costs?
RespiTrack allows you to do much, much more with far less. With RespiTrack, you can access all the latest information and all your data at any time from any place. This means that your remote workers, clientele and admin department will have instant access to the information they need when they need it. With RespiTrack online software, you are no longer investing in expensive hardware and software.
What kind of training is involved to get RespiTrack set up and running?
We know your time is valuable so we went the extra mile to make RespiTrack easy to use. Minimal training will be required for clients and caregivers to get up to speed. The web portals are easy to understand and use. Most internal office and staff training can be accomplished in two to three sessions using a shared screen environment. In addition, our customer service team is always ready to offer support when you need it!
What is Telephony?
Telephony refers to a telephone timekeeping system designed specifically for timekeeping and tracking purposes. With telephony, the caregiver or remote worker can check in when they arrive at an appointment and again when they leave. By dialing a toll-free #, the system can track who the worker is, how long he or she worked, who the client was, and how much to bill. Goodbye to signed timesheets! Goodbye to headaches!
